The area covered by this website extends north of Poolewe and embraces all the small communities along the west coast of Loch Ewe: Boor, Naast, Braes, Midtown, Inverasdale, Coast and all the way to Cove and eventually to the road end at Rubha nan Sasan.
The Old Schoolhouse, Inverasdale
The Old Schoolhouse in Inverasdale has been a cornerstone of the Wester Loch Ewe community since its establishment in 1876.
After serving as a primary school for 136 years, it closed its doors in 2012 due to declining enrolment.
This building has been transformed and is now a community hub for Wester Loch Ewe.
