Londubh Burial Ground

The old burial ground in Londubh has been a special place long before Christianity arrived in the area. In pre-Christian Pagan times it had already become a place of importance to the indigenous Iron-Age tribes. Successive communities have continued to revere and respect its location.

There has been an important Pictish influence in this area. However, it is apparent that the local tribes have not completely embraced this new way of life.
